FIRST ANNUAL PIDT DOG CHALLENGE
Feb. 4-7, 2012

Location:  Red Willow Bible Camp, near Binford, ND

Description of event:   This is an opportunity for anyone with a dog that weighs a minimum of 30 pounds, that would like to introduce their dog to working in harness.  You do not need to have snow to run your dog in harness!  You can use a bike, scooter, small cart, or run with your dog out in front of you.   The goal of this dog challenge is to introduce you and your dog to the equipment, commands, how to teach the different commands and also to give your dog an opportunity to run in harness with a few of the PIDT sled dogs.  You, the owner, will come along on this experience to see your dog work and to learn.

ATTENTION:  If it is difficult for you to travel to ND with your dog for this event, PIDT is offering people the opportunity to "adopt" a PIDT dog for the event!  You would work with this dog as if your own and learn the basics information needed to try at home with your own dog!  So sign up today.
